In this episode we make a cancer patient sing, ruin a child's yearbook photo, and fertilize a flower bed.

1. Self-cutting solution was accidentally used on Owen's hair. Roger from the hair salon helpfully suggests a recipe, and offers his mom a job.
2. Valerie Potshed with Porcelain Phone Productions gets a cancer patient to sing.
3. Winston asks to speak with Marybeth and Joe, but the lines are crossed.
4. Valerie attempts to schedule a discussion between Winston and his neighbor, but the neighbor is an idiot.
5. A plant monster wreaks havoc, the nursery can't help.
6. Winston with a the salon confronts a hair clippings thief.
7. Intermission: Make it Snappy with Snappybakes!
8. Valerie confesses to shitting in her neighbor's flowerbed.
9. Winston gets a book signed, but it belongs to the library. The bookstore won't help.
10. Roger from the salon informs his customer that his hairstyle has been recalled.
11. Winston doesn't have the time to talk to his neighbor.
12. Winston with parking enforcement tickets someone for parking in a handicap spot, and has some helpful advice for the idiot. Things turn romantic.
13. Valerie schedules another call for Winston.
14. Winston with the salon asks a customer to bring the scissors back, but the customer makes more money than Winston.
